1. Legal Information and Scope of Activity

This document governs access to, navigation, and use of the website operated by ABRA Experience Tours (hereinafter, the “Agency”), as well as the contracting of adventure travel experiences offered through it.

ABRA Experience Tours is a Spanish travel agency operating in accordance with Spanish tourism regulations and offering adventure travel experiences worldwide, including cycling, hiking, trekking, trail running, multi-sport expeditions, and motorized adventure (MX).

2. User Eligibility and Acceptance

By accessing this website or contracting any service, the user declares that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

By confirming a booking, the user expressly accepts these Terms & Conditions, including the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy set out in Section 7.

3. Use of the Website

The website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Users may not use the website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes or reproduce or commercialize its contents without prior written authorization.

4. Adventure Activities and Assumption of Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent physical, environmental, and logistical risks. By contracting a trip, the participant acknowledges and accepts these risks and confirms that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate.

ABRA Experience Tours may require medical declarations, waivers, or specific participation conditions prior to departure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABRA Experience Tours shall not be liable for:

  • Interruptions or inaccuracies on the website
  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
  • Modifications or cancellations caused by force majeure events
  • Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from inherent risks of adventure activities

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to the registered office of ABRA Experience Tours, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.

7. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Booking & Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.

The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days prior to departure.

7.2 How to Cancel

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email. The effective cancellation date is the date of receipt.

7.3 Cancellation Fees

A non-refundable €300 administration fee applies to all cancellations.

7.4 No-Show, Early Withdrawal & Documentation

No refunds apply in cases of:

  • No-show
  • Early withdrawal
  • Missing or invalid travel documents
7.5 Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events, participants are not entitled to cash refunds.

A travel credit may be offered, minus non-recoverable costs.

ABRA Experience Tours is never responsible for airfare or third-party expenses.

7.6 Chargebacks

Participants agree to contact ABRA Experience Tours before initiating any chargeback. Chargebacks contrary to these terms may be contested.

7.7 Travel Insurance

ABRA Experience Tours includes individual travel insurance for all participants, providing medical assistance and travel-related coverage.

Coverage limits, conditions, and exclusions apply. Participants are encouraged to review the included insurance and consider additional coverage if needed.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

ABRA Experience Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
