ABRA

ABRA is an outdoor adventure travel company creating immersive journeys beyond the map.

Born from years of long-distance travel and professional experience in designing and operating adventure journeys, ABRA was created with a clear purpose: to make meaningful outdoor adventures accessible to people who dream of exploring the world, but don’t have the time, knowledge, or resources to plan complex experiences on their own.

At ABRA, we believe adventure is not defined by a single sport, but by the way you experience a place. Whether by bike, on foot, or through other outdoor disciplines, our journeys are designed to connect people with landscapes, cultures, and with themselves. Each experience balances challenge and enjoyment, freedom and safety, allowing travelers to fully immerse themselves in the journey.

With years of experience operating logistics, designing routes, and guiding people through outdoor adventures across multiple continents, ABRA combines deep field knowledge with professional organization. From planning and accommodations to support, safety, and local immersion, every detail is carefully considered so participants can focus on what truly matters: moving through extraordinary places and living the experience fully.

ABRA is for those who feel the call of the unknown — for people who seek more than a trip, and value authentic experiences that leave a lasting impact. We invite you to step outside your comfort zone, trust the process, and explore the world through adventure, knowing you are supported by experience every step of the way.

Ignacio Pellejero
Founder & Manager

Born in Venezuela and raised in Spain, Nacho has always been driven by a restless, adventurous spirit. In 2017, he left everything behind to explore the Americas on two wheels, discovering diverse landscapes, cultures, and ways of life. During those three years, he dreamed of giving others the chance to experience what he had lived — even if only for a few days. Many people long for adventure, travel, and discovery, but cannot leave everything behind; this is why he created ABRA, to offer fully planned cycling journeys that allow people to experience the thrill of adventure without the burden of logistics.

Over the years, he gained extensive experience designing cycling journeys, managing all aspects of logistics, and accompanying travelers through adventures across the world. These professional experiences, combined with his personal travels, shaped his vision of what a truly meaningful trip should be: immersive, safe, challenging, and unforgettable.

ABRA was born from this vision — a way to connect people with extraordinary places and cultures while providing all the support they need to fully enjoy the experience. Every journey is carefully crafted so that riders can focus on the adventure itself, confident that they are backed by experience, expertise, and care.

“I invite you to embrace the unknown, push your limits, and discover new horizons — always with confidence and support.”

Paola Alvarado
Co-Founder & Brand strategist

Brand and communication strategist, creative and lover of movement. Her life and work have always been linked to well-being, sport and the creation of meaningful experiences. For years she has been working with brands, projects and communities that are looking for more than just a product: they are looking for connection, coherence and soul.

Passionate about cycling and life in motion, Pao understands travel not only as a journey, but as a transformative experience. Her eye is on the details: how the journey is experienced, how each place feels, how an unforgettable experience is built.

At ABRA, Pao brings a vision focused on experience design, communication and traveller care. From the narrative of the trip to the way each person feels accompanied before, during and after the adventure, her role is to ensure that everything has coherence, intention and sensitivity.

For her, ABRA is a meeting point between adventure and purpose: well-thought-out, human and authentic experiences, where the journey matters as much as the way it is experienced.
